Please copy and paste the information contained under the 'Video Capture Devices' section to this thread.Thanks,Tom. Hello Remont,This indicates that there's no driver installed for your camera, it isn't an OS issue:Number of Devices: 0Many internal cameras are installed as part of a chipset driver. I would check device manager for a yellow banged device. You may need to reinstall the chipset driver provided by Samsung. If you take a look at the support page for this device, Samsung providesa camera driver.
I'd try installing that first:Here's the camera driver:There's also several chipset drivers available on that support page.Thanks,Tom. Hello Remont,That Cyberlink Webcam splitter isn't an actual camera device. It's a virtual camera driver usually installed to by YouCam software I believe. It allows you to add custom backgrounds and stuff to photos/videos you take with YouCam.
You need to also have ahardware camera driver installed in order for the camera to work. The Samsung rep you spoke to was going down the right path, if you replaced the hard drive then you wouldn't have the preloaded camera driver. But what he had you install was just a software suite to capture from your device. You still need the camera hardwaredriver installed. I would try reinstalling the chipset drivers and camera drivers that Samsung had on their support site.Tom.
